The second feature by Ique Langa, in development. A love story between two aging street vendors in Maputo that drifts into magical realism when he is struck by a chapa 100 minibus and his spirit merges with the machine, wandering the city in search of his beloved.

About
Sousa Domingos is a Mozambican photographer and film producer based in Maputo. Self-taught, he began by directing and producing short films that captured the everyday struggles and resilience of Mozambican life, and grew into producing independent features that now travel from Rotterdam to MoMA.
He is the founder of Better, a Maputo production company working with clients such as UNDP, Rotary International and leading national brands. His photography moves between documentary, editorial and street work, with long-term projects in the Niassa Special Reserve and the streets of Maputo.
As a line producer and fixer, he supports international productions shooting in Mozambique, from permits and crews to locations and logistics. Alumnus of the Doha Film Institute producing programme and the Atlas Workshops in Marrakech. Recognised at Centro Cultural Alemão (2019) and Kugoma.
